Timeless is an agentic meeting platform, renamed from timeOS in 2025, that records Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp calls from its desktop app or through a note-taker bot. It detects spoken commitments as they are made and hands them to AI agents, then files each project's meetings into a persistent Room. Transcription covers 60+ languages.

About Timeless

Timeless, formerly known as timeOS, is an agentic meeting platform founded in 2018 by Tommy Barav and headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. The service is owned and operated by Supertools Inc. The company raised $3.3 million in seed funding in 2021 from Resolute Ventures and other investors, and in 2025 rebranded from timeOS to Timeless with an architecture that moves beyond meeting transcription into agent execution.

The idea is conversation-as-trigger: rather than producing a static transcript after the fact, the platform listens for spoken commitments and decisions as they happen and hands them to an AI agent while the context is still fresh. Timeless describes it as "Your meetings are the prompt": capture every conversation, turn it into organizational memory, then put that memory to work for the team and its agents. Capture is not limited to video calls: phone calls and conversations in the room count too, which matters for a sales team that half-lives on the phone. It sits in the AI meeting assistants category.

Rooms are the organising unit, one per customer or project, so context builds up over months of calls instead of living in separate transcripts. Agents working from that context turn a decision into a ticket in Notion, Asana, Monday.com or ClickUp, post to Slack or write the follow-up email, with nobody reopening the notes.

The pricing splits into two ladders. For individuals: Free, Pro and Max. For organisations: Team (three-seat minimum), Business and Enterprise. One caveat is worth reading before choosing: Timeless states plainly that API and MCP access sit on Max for individuals and Business for teams, and that "The Team plan does not" include them.

The MCP (Model Context Protocol) server is what those two plans buy. According to the Timeless developer docs, it lives at api.timeless.day/mcp/ and gives an AI assistant read access to your meetings, transcripts, rooms, documents and webhooks, so you can ask Claude about last week's calls instead of pasting transcripts in. The docs carry setup steps for Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor; sign-in is OAuth 2.1 through a Google or Microsoft account, or a 64-character API token sent as a bearer header for headless setups. The same token drives the REST API, which can also schedule or cancel the bot for an upcoming event.

The data handling section below covers hosting regions and encryption. Two points matter most before buying: the policy leaves participant consent for recordings to you, and it does not name the AI providers that transcribe and summarise your calls.

Who should not buy it: a team that only wants reliable notes gets there faster and cheaper with Fathom or Otter.ai, and a revenue team that reviews calls as video clips is better served by tl;dv. Timeless (formerly timeOS) pricing, read from the vendor's pricing page on 26 September 2026, runs on two ladders chosen by an Individuals / Teams & enterprise toggle, all in US dollars. Individuals: Free at $0 with up to 5 AI meetings of 90 minutes each and no credit card; Pro at $29/month billed monthly ($19/month billed yearly) for unlimited meeting notes and storage, the advanced AI creation models, AI chat across conversations and meeting agents; Max at $39/month billed monthly ($29/month billed yearly), adding unlimited API access, unlimited MCP server access, webhooks and real-time events, early feature access, a dedicated onboarding call and priority support. Teams: Team at $35 per seat/month billed monthly ($25 billed yearly) with a three-seat minimum, adding one bill, a shared workspace, auto-sharing, permissions and your own branding on the meeting bot, with API and MCP access left off; Business at $39 per seat/month ($29 billed yearly) adds unlimited API access with no rate limits, the MCP server, webhooks, JSON and CSV data exports, SOC 2 Type 2 and a one-year price guarantee; Enterprise is quoted by sales and adds SAML single sign-on, custom data retention policies, advanced admin controls, an SLA with an uptime guarantee and a dedicated account manager.

Key Features

• Conversation-to-agent triggering: Detects spoken commitments and decisions during a meeting and hands them to an agent while the context is fresh, rather than leaving someone to reread a transcript afterwards. Trigger logic is shaped per agent, and agents are available even on the free plan.
• Capture beyond video calls: Covers 4 call platforms (Zoom, Meet, Teams and WhatsApp) plus phone calls and in-person conversations. Record locally from the Windows or macOS app, or dispatch the note-taker bot to a call you cannot join.
• Rooms: persistent contextual workspaces: Every customer or project gets a room holding its meetings, recordings and documents together, so a later question draws on all of it at once instead of on a single transcript.

It comes with Max and Business only; the Team plan does not include it.

Pros

• Agents execute follow-up work automatically after a call, closing the gap between "we agreed to do X" and "someone actually did X" that kills most meeting action items, and trigger-based agents are available on the free plan, not gated behind a paid tier
• Capture is broader than the usual three video platforms: Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams plus WhatsApp, phone calls and in-room conversations, so a sales team that half-lives on the phone is not left out
• Multilingual transcription with speaker identification and a per-user summary language, including mid-conversation Hebrew/English switching, makes it workable for distributed teams without forcing everyone into English
• The free plan needs no credit card and gives five full meetings with notes, follow-up emails, scheduling links and integrations, enough to judge the product before paying

Cons

• The API and MCP server are not where you would expect them. Timeless states plainly that the Team plan does not include API or MCP access, a team that wants both collaboration and automation has to buy Business, not Team
• Transcription accuracy is reported as inconsistent in user reviews, particularly for strong accents or noisy rooms, and Timeless publishes no accuracy figure of its own to check that against
• Recording consent is contractually the customer's problem. The privacy policy says that where a jurisdiction requires consent from call participants, the user is "solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining and respecting that consent" and for deleting a recording if consent is revoked
• No published data retention period: the privacy policy keeps personal data open-ended, and custom retention policies are reserved for Enterprise. Deletion happens when you ask for it, not on a schedule
• Creating custom agents with specific trigger logic takes real upfront configuration, so out-of-box value is weaker than the marketing implies
