Builds / Grok Bot Team

Grok Bot Team

A chief-of-staff Bot and two specialists that sign into your real apps and only come back for approvals.

Intermediate build · Sales & growth · 8 parts · Running cost: $20–$300/mo

xAI's Grok Bots share a cloud computer, sign into the tools you already use and finish jobs end to end. The way xAI runs them internally is a small team: one Bot that assigns work, and a specialist per lane. This build is that team.

Bundle. One product, one subscription. The brain, the hosting and the app connectors are fixed — quick to start, nothing to swap.

Three Bots — a chief of staff and two specialists — that research accounts overnight, keep the CRM honest and draft follow-ups in your voice, pulling you in only for judgment calls.

Needs: SuperGrok, SuperGrok Plus or Heavy; or Cursor Pro, Pro+, Ultra or Teams. Bot usage is a separate pool..

Where it is not available: macOS and iOS in beta. Enterprise access is by waitlist.

First-run setup: about 30 minutes.

What drives the cost: The plan you already pay for, plus the Bots' separate usage pool. HubSpot and Zendesk are billed by their own vendors.

The parts

Agent

Grok Bot — Agent. Runs on Grok 4.6 on its own cloud computer. It signs into apps like a person, so apps with no API still work.

Plan

Options: SuperGrok family; Cursor Pro, Pro+ or Ultra; Cursor Teams

First specialist

Options: Sales outbound; Pipeline ops; Account follow-up; Demo readiness. The chief-of-staff Bot hands this lane its work and checks the result.

Second specialist (optional)

Options: Inbox management; Expenses and invoices; Recruiting; Bug fixes

CRM (optional)

HubSpot — Tool. The Bot updates it from call notes and drafts the follow-ups.

Help desk (optional)

Zendesk — Tool. A native connection for support lanes.

Editor (optional)

Cursor — Tool. Bundled with Cursor plans; an engineering Bot reproduces the bug, files the ticket and hands the fix to a debugging Bot.

Approval policy

Options: Approve every outbound send; Approve changes to shared records; Trust a routine once it has been shown

Run this build

Start the build and it becomes a checklist: for each part, mark the one you already have, pick an alternative of a kind the slot takes, or compare the options side by side; for a plan, a channel or a policy, choose one of the options. Every part you confirm goes onto your stack, and the build is complete when every required part is filled.
