How Hokai collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data when you visit our website, use Smart Match, or engage with our communications.
HokAI is the controller responsible for your personal data, and is GDPR- and CCPA/CPRA-aware.
Identifiers you provide (name, email, account credentials), Smart Match conversation content, usage and device data collected automatically, and communications data such as email interactions. We do not use Smart Match conversations to train or fine-tune any AI model.
HokAI does not sell open lists of names, emails, or phone numbers. We never share your identifiable contact details with a vendor unless you explicitly opt in at the end of a Smart Match session, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time in Settings. The only other data we commercialize is fully anonymized, aggregated market intelligence that cannot identify any individual.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. Contact Hokai@aioasia.com to exercise these rights.
