Styldod's REimagineHome is a web-based AI virtual staging and room redesign tool that reports 2.1 million users in 185 countries. It edits photos of real rooms, yards and listings through a chat box, and its paid plans add a real-products mode that fits priced furniture sets to a budget and ZIP code.
About REimagineHome
REimagineHome is a browser-based AI design tool made by Styldod, Inc. HousingWire dates the product to 2023 and says Styldod has been in business since 2015, and the California Regional MLS began offering it to its members in 2024 before rolling out a new version in October 2025. You upload a photo of a room, yard or listing, describe the change in a chat box, and the model returns an edited image. The vendor says its Structural Lock setting keeps walls, windows and doors where they were. Styldod also sells a Smart Media Module that MLSs and brokerages can embed in their own listing workflows.
The site lists 23 editing modes, from staging an empty room and removing furniture to landscaping, sky replacement and day-to-dusk lighting. Plans above the entry level add a conversation that remembers earlier edits and a real-products mode: you give a budget, a ZIP code and preferred retailers, and the tool returns complete furniture sets with prices that can be sent to an Amazon or Shopify cart. Styldod discloses that it earns a commission on purchases made through its designs. A separate Merchants product, a room visualizer app for Shopify stores, is aimed at retailers.
Where it fits depends on the job. For an agent staging a vacant listing, it competes with per-photo services such as Virtual Staging AI and the other AI virtual staging tools on HokAI. For a homeowner, the draw is a furnished room tied to real prices before any money is spent. A general image generator such as Midjourney gives style ideas without that price link, and free concept boards like Mixboard stop at rough direction. If no photo exists yet, FloorAI starts from a floor plan instead. Agents who also write their own listing copy can pair it with aiListingsPro, and a photographer who only needs sharper, larger files can use Topaz Photo AI, which upscales images up to 16x.
Independent evidence is thin. At the time of writing it rests on a HousingWire roundup, a CRMLS help article and a single Trustpilot review, so usage figures such as the vendor's 185 countries cannot be checked from outside.

Pricing
Four monthly plans: Essential $19 (30 credits), Pro $36 (200), Advanced $59 (400) and Agency $119 (900). The CRMLS help article says unused credits do not roll over, and the refund policy covers only the first 7 days with fewer than 10 credits used. New users get 5 free designs with no card.
For per-photo pricing from a rival, see Virtual Staging AI, plus the wider AI virtual staging category page.

Key Features
- Chat-based editing: Each edit builds on the last inside one conversation, and chatting, brainstorming and what-if questions cost 0 credits; only generations are charged.
- Real products mode: Takes a budget, a ZIP code and brands such as West Elm, IKEA, Target and Wayfair, returns complete furniture sets with prices, and sends a chosen set to an Amazon or Shopify cart.
- Structural Lock: Keeps walls, windows, doors and ceiling lines fixed while furniture and finishes change, which the homepage pitches for listing photos.
- Batch listing workflow: Accepts up to 50 photos in one pass, sorts them by room, flags compliance issues and returns edits in 2 to 5 minutes, according to the vendor.
- Staging, removal and exterior edits: Modes cover staging, furniture removal, redesign of furnished rooms, landscaping, sky replacement, day to dusk, lawn and pool changes, wall repainting and image upscaling.
- Reference photos: Upload an inspiration image or moodboard and say how much to borrow from it, such as keeping the layout or matching only the color palette.
- Speech input and languages: A release announced on 14 Oct 2025 added hands-free speech input and more than 15 languages, and let CRMLS members upload several photos at once.
Pros
- Named best overall AI virtual staging in HousingWire's 2026 app test, which also listed its furniture removal among the strengths and staged the test room in under a minute.
- Real-products mode ties a design to buyable items and a running total, so a homeowner facing a multi-thousand-dollar furniture decision can test the look and the budget together.
- The free allowance runs on the same AI as paid plans, per the vendor, so output quality can be judged before any payment.
- Pro, Advanced and Agency share one feature set, so moving up the ladder buys credits rather than gated capabilities.
Cons
- Real products, reference photos and the conversational flow need Pro or above; Essential uses legacy tools and excludes the newer AI models and high-resolution output.
- In the staging flow the furniture is generated per image, so the same sofa cannot be reused across a listing's photos and your own furniture set cannot be loaded, according to CRMLS's help article.
- Every revision costs a credit and unused credits do not carry over per CRMLS, and HousingWire flagged limited revisions per credit and a higher per-image price than Collov AI.
- Refunds are narrow: dissatisfaction with a valid output after credits are used is not grounds for one, and retailer purchases made through add-to-cart links fall outside the policy.
- Independent ratings are sparse, with a single Trustpilot review and no G2 reviews, so there is little outside evidence beyond the vendor's own usage claims.
- Private uploads may be used to train Styldod's own models unless you opt out, which agents handling client photos should do before first use.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does REimagineHome actually cost?
Essential costs $19 a month for 30 credits, Pro $36 for 200, Advanced $59 for 400 and Agency $119 for 900, all billed monthly, with listed per-credit rates of $0.63, $0.19, $0.14 and $0.13. A plain design uses one credit and a design with real products uses two, so Pro covers about 100 shoppable designs a month. Essential leaves out the conversational flow, reference photos and real products, which makes Pro the first plan that matches the homepage pitch. Some listings quote $14 to $99 a month, which does not match the live pricing page checked on 7 October 2026.
Is REimagineHome free to use?
Every new account gets 5 free designs with no card, using the same AI as the paid plans, and the vendor says there is no trial countdown. The allowance is a one-time grant, so you need a paid plan once it is spent. HousingWire's test reported watermarks on free images, while the Essential plan removes them. CRMLS members also receive 30 free credits a month through their MLS dashboard.
Which tools compete with REimagineHome in 2026?
For listing photos at a fixed allowance per month, Virtual Staging AI is the closest rival listed on HokAI. If you only have a sketch, FloorAI redraws it into a labeled floor plan. For early ideas with no spend, try the free concept board Mixboard. HousingWire's roundup also credits Collov AI with 10 free revisions per photo, which matters if you expect to iterate a lot.
REimagineHome or Virtual Staging AI: which should you pick?
Virtual Staging AI's HokAI page puts its monthly plans at $4.17 down to $0.93 a photo, against $0.63 down to $0.13 a credit here. A REimagineHome revision also costs a credit, so compare cost per finished image rather than per generation. Choose REimagineHome if you will edit in conversation or want priced furniture sets, and Virtual Staging AI if you prefer a plain photo allowance; REimagineHome's 5 free designs let you test before paying.
How long does it take to get going with REimagineHome?
You can have a first design in one sitting: sign up without a card, upload a photo of the room or yard, and type the change you want. HousingWire's test staged a room in under a minute, and the vendor quotes 2 to 5 minutes for a batch of up to 50 listing photos. Real-products mode asks for a budget, ZIP code and preferred brands and needs Pro. If you list on an MLS, read its rules on digitally altered photos before uploading edited images.
