Buyers increasingly describe what they need instead of browsing a directory. On HokAI that request goes to Smart Match, which returns a short ranked set of tools with the reasoning attached. Your listing is the brief Smart Match reads to decide whether your tool belongs in that answer.
A buyer writes out their situation: the budget they have, the size of their team, the tools they use now, and what is not working. Smart Match compares that against structured facts held on every listed tool, including capabilities, price bands, integrations and limits. It returns three tools, ranked, each with the reason it was chosen. There are no ad slots and no promoted placements.
A recommendation has to be defensible to the person reading it, so it can only be made from facts the platform actually holds. Marketing sites are written to impress; a brief is written to be compared. Our team researches your tool and records what it does and does not do, what it really costs, what it integrates with, and where it fits. When you ship something or change your pricing, send it over from your free vendor account and we publish the update. A brief that has drifted gets you matched on a product you no longer sell.
