Syntfluence is a beta AI influencer studio, live on the web in October 2026, that fixes one character's face from at most 2 reference photos and reuses it across generated stills, short video clips and voice lines. It adds a free reel analyzer, a built-in editor, a posting queue and an MCP server for Claude.
About Syntfluence
Syntfluence is a browser-based studio for running an AI influencer. You settle on a character by uploading or generating one or two reference images, then produce stills, short video clips and voice lines that stay on that identity, and queue the results for posting. It was in beta when HokAI read it on 12 October 2026, and both its terms and its privacy policy say company registration details are still being finalised, so there is no named operating company, founding year or funding round to report yet.
The workflow is built around what the vendor calls an anchor: one or two photos, capped at two because its own guide says three or more references get averaged into a face that matches none of them. Photos are rendered from a prompt that is versioned and seeded, a still then becomes a clip, and a reel analyzer can turn a reference reel into a shot list the generator can run. Voice, trimming, captions and filters happen inside the same job. The licences page names MiniMax H3 for video and Krea 2 for photos in its Forge studio. MiniMax, the lab behind that video model, has a HokAI profile at MiniMax, and the model itself sits at MiniMax H3. Krea 2 comes from the image platform listed at Krea.
It fits solo creators and small agencies who post the same synthetic character every day and want generation, editing and a posting queue under one token balance. Where Higgsfield covers many video models in one studio, Syntfluence is narrower on purpose. Talking-head presenter work belongs to HeyGen, and actor-led paid social ads to Arcads. The AI video generator directory lists the rest of the field, and three HokAI guides cover the wider choice: Higgsfield alternatives, the best AI video generators and turning a photo into a video.
It also runs an MCP server, so Claude on the web, the desktop app or Claude Code can check a balance, analyze reels, generate media and, if you tick the permission, publish. The content rules are stricter than most: adults only, explicit sexual content blocked at submission, real people only with documented consent, AI-generated metadata on every output, and a stated promise that your content is not used to train models.
Pricing
com and its cost guide on 12 Oct 2026. There is no free plan. Starter is $9 a month for 1,000 tokens and one character, Creator $29 for 3,000 tokens and two characters, Studio $149 for 15,000 tokens and four characters, and Agency $399 for 45,000 tokens and unlimited characters.
Yearly billing takes 20% off, which the pricing page shows as $7, $23, $119 and $319 a month. A photo costs 10 tokens and a second of video 20. Standard voice, editing and publishing are not billed, and the cost guide prices hosted premium voice at 1 token per 20 characters with a 5-token minimum.
Video generated from a reference clip bills the reference seconds plus the output seconds. Unused plan tokens lapse at renewal, top-up tokens do not, and failed generations are refunded automatically. Higgsfield runs a similar credit model if you want a second plan table to compare against, and our guide to images and videos from one tool or several covers the all-in-one trade-off.

Key Features
- Face anchor: Fixes a character's face from one or two reference photos, with a stated maximum of two because more references get blended into a different face.
- Versioned stills: Generates photos from a versioned prompt with a fixed seed, so you can compare revisions of one shot and keep the better version.
- Photo to clip: Turns a still into a video clip and can use a reference reel as the motion recipe, with duration checked before any tokens are spent.
- Reel analyzer: Converts a reference reel into a second-by-second shot list covering camera, action and audio, ready to run with your own character.
- Voice and editor: Speaks scripts in one consistent character voice with unlimited takes, and includes an in-browser editor for trims, speed, burned-in captions and colour grade.
- Posting queue: Connects Instagram, TikTok and X with captions, hashtags and a queue per account, and hands replies to a human when a conversation needs one.
- Claude connector: Runs an MCP server at syntfluence.com/mcp with separate permissions for balance, reels, generation, character creation and publishing, so Claude can render without being able to post.
- Cost preview: Displays each generation's token cost ahead of the run and credits failed renders back to the balance automatically.
Pros
- Spend is predictable: with an estimate before every run and automatic refunds, budgeting comes down to how many video seconds you plan to render.
- The vendor's guides give concrete, checkable consistency rules (build the anchor first, use at most two references, keep one identity block word for word) instead of leaving users to prompt their way out of drift.
- Only photos and video seconds draw down the balance, so polishing a clip or recording another voice take never eats into the month.
- Content controls are enforced rather than advisory: per its terms, prompts are screened server-side, reference photos get a vision-model check, and any prompt referencing minors is refused outright, which suits brands that cannot risk off-brand output.
Cons
- Testing the rendering itself means buying a month first, because only reel analysis is advertised as free and every priced plan is paid.
- Beta product with no named legal entity: the legal pages publish only a support email, so there is no company, founding year or funding to check.
- The vendor's own pages disagree on details: the licences page names MiniMax H3 for Forge video while the cost guide prices Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, and the Claude connector guide lists reel analysis at 5 tokens while the site calls it free.
- Reference-driven video bills the reference length as well as the output, so a 5-second clip made from a 60-second reel is billed as 65 seconds.
- Explicit sexual content is blocked by design, so it will not suit adult-content creators who need it.
Data Handling
- Training-data policy
- Terms and privacy policy state that user content and prompts are not used to train models
- Compliance
- GDPR rights and transfer terms published; no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 listed
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Syntfluence actually cost?
Syntfluence sells four monthly plans: Starter at $9, Creator at $29, Studio at $149 and Agency at $399, with 20% off when billed yearly. Tokens do the metering, so your spend follows your mix of photos and video seconds. The catch is reference-driven video, which bills the length of the reference clip as well as the clip you generate, so trim references before rendering. Plan tokens lapse at renewal, while top-up tokens stay.
Can you use Syntfluence without paying?
No plan on the pricing page is free, and Starter is the cheapest. What costs nothing is reel analysis: each new account gets 3 free analyses, and the site says analysis and prompt extraction stay free on every plan. The vendor's guides also mention a free guided first run with no card, though the pricing page does not describe one. The editor, standard voice takes and publishing are unbilled, but rendering needs an active plan or bought tokens.
What are the best alternatives to Syntfluence?
[Higgsfield](/hub/tools/higgsfield) is the broader studio: it runs third-party models such as Kling, Seedance, Veo and Sora behind one credit balance and trains characters with Soul ID, so choose it for range over a built-in posting queue. Designers who care more about live-canvas image work will prefer [Krea](/hub/tools/krea). For paid-social talking-actor ads, [Arcads](/hub/tools/arcads) is the specialist (with [MakeUGC](/hub/tools/makeugc) as a second UGC-actor option), and presenter-style avatar videos are what [HeyGen](/hub/tools/heygen) was built around.
Syntfluence or Higgsfield: which should you pick?
Higgsfield casts a wider net, with third-party video models, Cinema Studio camera control and an agent that turns a brief into shots, while Syntfluence narrows to one character, a free reel analyzer and a posting queue. Entry plans cost about the same, but credits and tokens are not comparable units, so compare cost per finished clip rather than the headline. Pick Higgsfield for variety and ad work, and Syntfluence if the thing you are building is one recurring face that posts on a schedule.
How do you set up Syntfluence?
Create an account at syntfluence.com, then build the anchor by generating 4 to 6 candidate faces with no reference and keeping one or two, or by uploading a photo you hold the rights to. Check the token estimate shown before each run and render a first still. To drive it from chat, add https://syntfluence.com/mcp as a connector in Claude, or use the one-line claude mcp add command for Claude Code.
Top Alternatives
- Higgsfield: Pick Higgsfield if you want many video models and ad templates in one studio; pick Syntfluence if one recurring character with a posting queue is the goal.
- HeyGen: Pick HeyGen for presenter-style avatar videos with dubbing; pick Syntfluence for an influencer-style character that posts on a schedule.
- Arcads: Pick Arcads if you buy paid social and need many talking-actor hook variants; pick Syntfluence if you are building an audience around one persistent persona.
- Krea: Pick Krea for live-canvas image work across many models; pick Syntfluence when stills must become clips, voice and scheduled posts of the same face.
