Panzoe is an AI assistant platform from Panzoe Technologies that went public in August 2026 with 25 assistants and 15 tools by the vendor's count. A shared AI Brain memory feeds chat, a Daily Briefing, research and writing across web, iOS and Android, and the top plan adds a business suite.

About Panzoe

Panzoe comes from Panzoe Technologies, a company founded in 2026 and incorporated in Canada, with Vancouver given as its base in the billing configuration. It announced the product on 8 August 2026. Instead of chatting in ChatGPT, asking for planning help from Gemini and keeping notes in Notion, the idea is a single app that remembers your goals, people and documents and reuses that context in every conversation.

Under the interface, Panzoe sends requests through a managed inference gateway to outside model providers. Its subprocessor page names OpenAI for text, voice and video and Google for Gemini responses, and says models from Anthropic are available through the same gateway only where used. The homepage badges reading Powered by Claude go further than that wording, and the two confirmed providers are OpenAI and Google. Connected accounts such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook and GitHub are read through OAuth, and any action that writes, for example saving an email draft, waits for your confirmation in chat.

The personal side covers a spoken morning briefing, plans and reminders, deep research reports (a job Perplexity also does with cited sources), writing in your own voice, a money planner and a study academy. The business side adds an AI Chief of Staff, a business memory, meeting capture, contract review and inventory alerts, and it comes bundled with the top plan. Where Microsoft Copilot works inside Office files, Panzoe is a standalone app. Motion schedules your calendar and Lindy automates email and meetings, while Panzoe aims wider and automates less. Read what Microsoft Copilot is for if your files are already in Microsoft 365.

The vendor lists the web, iOS and Android as its platforms, with no desktop client, and the App Store listing is for iPhone and iPad. The product is very young. Google Play shows 100+ installs, and HokAI found no G2 reviews and no Product Hunt reviews to test the vendor's claims against, so most facts here come from Panzoe's own pricing, legal and store pages. In the directory it is filed with the voice-capable tools, the GDPR-aligned tools and the free-tier tools. Key Features

  • AI Brain memory: Keeps goals, plans, people and documents in one workspace memory that every assistant reads, and Settings lets you review, delete or switch off individual memories.
  • Daily Briefing: Builds a morning summary of schedule, priority emails and tasks in your language, read aloud on the Pro and Premium plans.
  • Confirm-before-write connectors: Reads Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Outlook, OneDrive and Notion through OAuth, and holds each write action until you approve it in the conversation.
  • Deep Research: Produces cited research reports, and draws on your private Panzoe data only when you switch the Include my data option on.
  • Business suite: AI Chief of Staff, Business Brain, Business Twin, meeting intelligence and contract extraction run on a shared business memory instead of separate apps.
  • Assistant library: Lists 25 assistants and 15 tools across Business, Home, Health, Life and Learning, a count Panzoe publishes and HokAI has not audited one by one.
  • Admin controls and audit log: Workspace admins can block individual assistants or limit an integration to chosen areas, and AI actions on connected accounts are written to an audit log.

Pros

  • Every paid plan includes the same assistants and tools, so the tiers differ by usage and model quality, which keeps the decision simple for one person.
  • The legal pages name the model providers, subprocessors and retention periods item by item, so a privacy-minded buyer can see where data goes before signing up.
  • A conservative write policy, with drafts never sent automatically, suits a tool that has mailbox and calendar access.
  • Web, iPhone and Android versions share one account, so a subscription bought on one platform applies on the others.

Cons

  • The homepage shows Claude and Anthropic badges, but the legal pages confirm only OpenAI and Google as providers, so do not subscribe expecting Claude.
  • The trial asks for a payment method even though the free Explore tier does not, and some third-party summaries describe the trial as card-free.
  • Independent evidence is thin: no G2 or Product Hunt reviews were found, and Google Play shows 100+ installs, so claims have little outside testing.
  • The Trust Centre lists no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 report, which rules it out where procurement requires one.
  • Team billing is unfinished: the billing policy says extra business seats will arrive in a future update.
  • Panzoe adds a memory and briefing layer on top of third-party models, so it depends on those providers for model quality.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do you pay for Panzoe?

Panzoe bills in Canadian dollars: Basic is C$9.99 a month (C$4.99 for the first month after the trial), Pro is C$39.99 and Premium is C$69.99. Annual billing takes 20 percent off, at C$95.99, C$383.99 and C$671.99 a year. The USD prices on its pricing page are approximate conversions, and taxes are added at checkout as regional tax support rolls out. Enterprise is a custom quote, and a 14-day money-back guarantee covers the first purchase.

Is Panzoe free to use?

Yes, the Explore tier costs nothing and asks for no card, but it is a taster: 5 AI actions for the whole life of the account, shared across eligible features, plus one basic Daily Briefing. You can still build your AI Brain, create workspaces and connect apps through the Integration Hub. The 7-day full-access trial is separate and does require a payment method, even though $0 is charged on day one.

What should you use instead of Panzoe?

ChatGPT is the pick if one general assistant from the model maker is enough and you do not want a briefing layer. Motion is the better match for hands-off calendar and task scheduling, and Lindy is built for chasing email and meetings through other apps. Gemini and Microsoft Copilot make sense if your mail, calendar and files already live in Google or Microsoft 365.

Is Panzoe better than ChatGPT?

Not on model access. Panzoe's own legal pages say its answers come from OpenAI and Google models behind a gateway, while ChatGPT is OpenAI's own app. What Panzoe adds is the wrapper: a memory shared across assistants, a morning briefing and a business suite in one subscription. If you only chat and research, ChatGPT is the simpler buy; if you want that wrapper in a single app, Panzoe is the closer fit.

How long does it take to get going with Panzoe?

Creating an account on panzoe.ai or in the iOS or Android app is the only required step, and Explore needs no card. Connecting Gmail, Google Calendar or Outlook is optional, uses a standard OAuth consent screen and asks before Panzoe writes anything. The vendor's sign-up prompt promises a briefing built from your real data the next morning, which HokAI has not timed.

Top Alternatives

  • ChatGPT: Pick ChatGPT when you chat and research with the maker's own app; pick Panzoe when a shared memory and morning briefing matter more than model access.
  • Gemini: Choose Gemini when your mail, calendar and files already sit in Google; Panzoe fits when you also use Outlook, Notion or GitHub.
  • Microsoft Copilot: Choose Copilot for assistance inside Word, Excel and Outlook; choose Panzoe for a standalone assistant that spans home and work.
  • Motion: Choose Motion when automatic calendar and task scheduling is the job; Panzoe is broader but automates less of your day.
  • Lindy: Choose Lindy when email and meeting follow-up should run across 1,000+ apps; Panzoe suits people who want briefing, memory and research in one app.
