Troubleshooting Stack Management
Tool Won't Add
Refresh and try again — Transient errors happen. Reload the page and attempt the add again.
Check you're logged in — Adding to your stack requires an account. If you're not logged in, the button won't work.
Already in your stack — If the tool is already there, the button may show a checkmark instead of an add button. Check your stack list first.
Tool Not Showing After Adding
Refresh the page — The list sometimes needs a reload to update. Try that first.
Check you're in the right place — My Stack is in the sidebar. Make sure you're on the My Stack page, not just the tool's profile.
Can't Remove a Tool
Confirm the dialog — Removal requires confirmation. Look for the confirmation dialog and click Remove to complete it.
Refresh and try again — If the removal dialog isn't appearing or the action isn't completing, refresh the page and try again. If it still fails, email info@hokai.io.
Export or Copy Not Working
Check browser permissions — Some browsers block clipboard access by default. If prompted, allow clipboard permission for the site.
Copy manually — If the copy button isn't working, select the stack text on screen and copy it manually.
