Troubleshooting Account Access

Can't Log In

Wrong password — Check caps lock and spelling. If you don't remember your password, use the Forgot password link.

Wrong email — Make sure you're using the email you signed up with. Easy to mix up if you have multiple accounts.

Account not found — If you never verified your email, your account may still be there. Try logging in. If that doesn't work, signing up again with the same email usually works.

Password Reset

Request a reset — Use the Forgot password link on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link.

Check spam — Reset emails can end up in spam. Worth checking before waiting.

Link expired — Reset links expire. If yours is no longer valid, request a new one.

Nothing arrived — Wait a few minutes, then check spam again. If it still hasn't arrived, email info@hokai.io with your account email and we'll sort it out.

Email Verification

Didn't get the verification email — Check spam first. Verification emails often get filtered.

Link expired — If the link no longer works, email info@hokai.io and we'll help.

Using before verifying — You can use the platform without verifying your email. Verification just confirms the address is valid.

Locked or Blocked Account

We rarely lock accounts. If you think yours has been locked, email info@hokai.io with your account email and a brief description of what happened.
