AdsMaker.ai vs Creatify: Creatify Tripled Its Price, AdsMaker Didn't
AdsMaker.ai and Creatify are both AI ad-creative generators, but they no longer compete on similar pricing. AdsMaker.ai's four tiers run $0 to $76.25 a month and bundle video, product photography, and ad copy from one credit pool. Creatify runs $0 to $99 a month for video-only generation, after its Pro tier rose from $49 in June 2026.
The short version
Creatify raised its Pro tier from $49 to $99 a month while AdsMaker.ai's four tiers stayed unchanged. AdsMaker.ai bundles video, product photos, and ad copy from one credit pool at a much lower effective cost per video; Creatify offers a larger avatar library and an enterprise API but now costs nearly 3x as much at the top tier.
Creatify's Pro tier cost $49 a month in June 2026. Checking Creatify's pricing page directly on 7 September 2026, it now lists at $99 a month, and the Starter tier moved from $33 to $39. AdsMaker.ai hasn't touched its pricing in that window: still $0, $8.33, $34.25, and $76.25 a month across four tiers, verified the same day.
Both tools do the same basic job: turn a script or a product photo into a finished ad without hiring a videographer. A year ago they were priced close enough that the choice came down to which avatar library you liked better. That is no longer true.
This guide is for a solo Shopify or Amazon seller, or a two-to-five person performance-marketing shop, choosing between them on a monthly budget under $150. The short version is that AdsMaker.ai now wins on both price and breadth for that reader, while Creatify only makes sense if avatar realism and URL-to-video polish matter more than the bill.
The verdict
Pick AdsMaker.ai if you need video, product photography, and ad copy handled from one shared credit pool and you are watching a monthly budget. Pick Creatify if URL-to-video quality and a large, realistic avatar library are the actual bottleneck in your ad testing, and $99 a month is a rounding error next to what a video shoot would have cost.
Price: the gap that changed
AdsMaker.ai's four tiers, checked on its pricing page 7 September 2026: Free at $0/month for 20 credits, Plus at $8.33/month for 100 credits, Unlimited at $34.25/month for 2,000 credits, and Max at $76.25/month for 5,000 credits, all on annual billing (month-to-month costs more). Every tier converts credits to output at the same flat rate: roughly 2 credits per video, meaning even the $8.33 Plus tier covers about 50 videos a month.

AdsMaker.ai's pricing page, captured 7 September 2026. The Unlimited tier is flagged as chosen by 83.5% of buyers.
Creatify's tiers, checked the same day: Free with 10 credits and a watermark, Starter at $39/month for 100 credits, Pro at $99/month for 300 credits, and Enterprise at custom pricing with 1,200-plus credits a year. Neither Creatify's pricing page nor its help center states a flat credits-per-video rate.

Creatify's pricing page, captured 7 September 2026. Starter now lists at $39/month, up from $33 in June.
Third-party breakdowns from Wireflow and Shhots.ai, both published this year, put the range at 2 to 20 credits depending on avatar quality and video length, with a full-quality render at the high end costing 20 credits. At that rate, Starter's 100 credits yield about 5 finished ads a month; Pro's 300 credits yield about 15.
That puts Creatify's effective cost per high-quality video at roughly $6.60 to $7.80 on Pro, against a fraction of a cent per video on AdsMaker.ai's flat-rate system. The comparison is not apples to apples, though, since nothing here confirms the two tools' video outputs are the same quality at the low end of AdsMaker's range.
The honest reading: AdsMaker.ai's pricing is transparent and has stayed put. Creatify's pricing moved up sharply and its real per-video cost requires math the vendor doesn't show you.
The two workflows
Paste a product page link into Creatify and it scrapes the page, writes several script variations, and renders a complete avatar-narrated ad in under 10 minutes. Its site cites more than 18,000 brands and agencies on the platform and $24 million raised from WndrCo, Kindred Ventures, NFDG, and Comcast Ventures. The avatar library has been advertised at 1,500-plus presenters across a wide range of ages, ethnicities, and accents.
Creatify also runs an enterprise API embedded in Alibaba's seller dashboard, a distribution channel a browser-only tool like AdsMaker.ai has no equivalent to. A team with copy already written can skip the URL scraping entirely and go script-to-video, a second path AdsMaker.ai doesn't offer.
AdsMaker.ai bundles four generators behind one login and one credit pool: an AI video ad generator with lip-synced avatars, a product-photography tool that swaps backgrounds and lighting for Amazon and Shopify listings, an ad-copy generator, and a Google search-ads text and banner builder. Its batch mode can produce more than 100 ad variants from a single input for split testing, a scale most single-image competitors, Creatify included, don't offer in one pass.
What it does not have: a public API. Its terms of service explicitly prohibit third-party interface access, so it can't be wired into an ad-ops pipeline the way Creatify's enterprise tier can, and it also has no desktop or mobile app, so every session runs in a browser tab.
Where AdsMaker.ai wins
AdsMaker.ai names its target buyer specifically: Amazon and Shopify sellers with $1 million to $30 million in yearly sales, solo media buyers, and small agencies without a studio budget. A seller in that bracket who needs a new product photo, three ad-copy variants, and a video hook for the same $30 product this week gets all three from AdsMaker.ai's $8.33 Plus tier.
A small agency running weekly batch tests across Meta and TikTok for several clients gets 1,000-plus videos a month on the $34.25 Unlimited tier, the one AdsMaker.ai's own pricing page flags as chosen by 83.5% of buyers, for less than a third of Creatify's Pro price. Anyone whose ad budget is genuinely under $50 a month and who needs more than just video has no reason to look at Creatify first.
Where Creatify wins
An agency already running client accounts through Alibaba's seller dashboard, or one that specifically needs Creatify's enterprise API and white-label output, is buying access nothing in AdsMaker.ai's catalog offers. A marketer who has tested AdsMaker.ai's avatars and found them thinner than what Creatify's larger library produces, and who can absorb $99 a month without blinking, has a legitimate reason to pay more.
Creatify also ships a marketing ROI analytics dashboard tracking engagement, conversion, and campaign performance across every generated video, letting a team see which script or avatar variant actually converted rather than guessing from Meta's own reporting. Nothing comparable turned up in AdsMaker.ai's published feature list.
The turn
The obvious objection: a serious agency running 20-plus ad variants a week will blow through AdsMaker.ai's Unlimited tier and Creatify's Pro tier alike, landing on custom Max or Enterprise pricing where the sticker-price gap this guide is built on mostly disappears. That's fair, and it's exactly why this comparison is scoped to the sub-$150-a-month solo seller and small-agency segment: once volume forces a custom quote from either vendor, the decision reduces to avatar quality and API access, not price, and Creatify's enterprise case gets stronger.
Switching cost
Neither vendor makes it painful to leave, because neither locks in much: both are credit-based subscriptions with no annual contract required on their entry tiers, and neither claims ownership over exported video files. The real switching cost is re-learning the tool: AdsMaker.ai's dashboard is organized by ad type (video, copy, photo, search ads), while Creatify's is organized around the URL-to-video flow first, with script-to-video as a secondary path.
Credits on both sides do not transfer if you cancel and don't carry over between billing periods on either vendor's terms, so timing a switch to the start of a billing cycle avoids losing a pool you already paid for.
Neither tool fits everyone. Readers who specifically want the avatar-and-script workflow without a browser-based credit system at all should look at Shorz, a Windows desktop app that turns a script or photo into talking-avatar video locally, the one option here that sidesteps the web-only limitation both AdsMaker.ai and Creatify share. And for corporate or training video rather than ad creative, Creatify's own FAQ points to HeyGen for stronger voice cloning and multilingual dubbing, a different job than either tool in this comparison is built for.
Two better-funded rivals are worth naming without a full write-up here: AdCreative.ai, which Appier acquired for $38.7 million in 2025 and which adds built-in performance-prediction scoring neither AdsMaker.ai nor Creatify offers, and Arcads, which clones AI actors from real performers with ElevenLabs voice integration for a more authentic UGC read than either avatar library provides.
If your ad budget doesn't have a clean answer from either tool, Smart Match will ask what you're actually optimizing for: credit efficiency, avatar realism, or API access. Then it narrows the field from there.
What would change this
AdsMaker.ai shipping a real API, or a campaign-publishing integration with Meta or Google Ads, would close the biggest functional gap with Creatify's enterprise tier and make the price comparison even more lopsided in its favor.
On the other side, if Creatify's next pricing update reverses course, unlikely two hikes in but not impossible if AdsMaker.ai's bundle starts pulling its lower-budget customers away, the calculus in this guide resets. Check both vendors' pricing pages again before committing to an annual plan on either one; this is the second price move from Creatify in three months, and nothing says it's the last.
Frequently asked questions
Is AdsMaker.ai cheaper than Creatify?
Yes, at every comparable tier. AdsMaker.ai's top self-serve tier, Max, costs $76.25 a month; Creatify's Pro tier costs $99 a month and covers fewer finished videos once its credit-per-render cost is factored in. AdsMaker.ai also includes product photography and ad copy at every tier, which Creatify does not offer at any price.
Why did Creatify's price go up?
Creatify has not published a reason for the increase. Its pricing page showed Starter at $33 and Pro at $49 a month as of June 2026; checked again on 7 September 2026, the same tiers list at $39 and $99. The credit allowances per tier did not change alongside the price.
How many videos do you actually get for the money?
AdsMaker.ai converts credits to video at a flat rate of roughly 2 credits per video across all four tiers, so its $34.25 Unlimited tier's 2,000 credits cover about 1,000 videos a month. Creatify does not publish a flat rate; third-party estimates put a high-quality render at up to 20 credits, meaning its $99 Pro tier's 300 credits cover as few as 15 finished videos a month.
Does either tool publish ads directly to Meta or Google?
No. Both generate the creative asset (video, image, or copy) for you to download and upload into your own ad account. AdsMaker.ai's terms of service explicitly block third-party API access, and Creatify's API access is limited to its custom-priced Enterprise tier.
What should I use instead if I need corporate video, not ad creative?
Neither tool is built for that job. Creatify's own FAQ recommends HeyGen for corporate presenter video with stronger voice cloning and real-time translation, since both AdsMaker.ai and Creatify are scoped to performance-marketing and e-commerce ad testing.
