Setting Up Your Profile

Setting Up Your Profile
Your profile is optional, but it helps. The more context you give, the more relevant your Smart Match results tend to be.
Where to Find It
Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile, or navigate directly to /hub/profile.
What You Can Set
Basic info — Your display name and email. Name is editable; email is shown for reference.
About you — Job title, industry, and country. Optional. This gives Smart Match a baseline before you even start a session.
Your setup — The platforms you already use (Notion, Slack, Google, etc.), your monthly AI budget, and how technical you are. Also optional. When you fill these in, Smart Match can skip some of its follow-up questions.
How It's Used
Profile data supplements what you tell Smart Match during a session. If you've set your budget to $100/month and your role to "content creator," Smart Match already has that context when you start. You can still override it in the chat if your needs differ for a specific session.
Profile fields aren't required to run Smart Match. You can leave everything blank and still get useful results by answering follow-up questions during the session.
Profile vs. Settings
Profile is about who you are and what you do. Settings handles account security, notifications, and data preferences. See Managing Your Account for the settings side.
